Kiddylock’s unique locking system is designed so that it can be easily used by parents but will act as a deterrent to young children and therefore help to prevent accidental poisoning. Kiddylock offers both parents and grandparents a complete solution to safely store their medicines,vitamins, and cleaning materials kept in and around the home. TUV approved which ensures consumer confidence in our products. Products are developed in conjunction with “Beterem” – Israel ‘s National Center for Child Health and Safety connected to National Safe Kids Campaign in the US. Unique Mechanism Simple double action locking mechanism: To open: Squeeze both buttons fully, and simultaneously turn counter clockwise quarter of a turn (approximately 90 degrees). Kiddylock is based on the premise that children up to the age of 5yrs will have great difficulty with the 2 action locking system based on the span/size of one’s hand and being dexterous enough, at the same time, to turn counter clockwise approx. 90 degrees. Even if a child is watches the parent open a Kiddylock Container, the degree of difficulty remains for the child in opening the products. Thus Kiddylock is a very effective deterrent, as opposed to other products on the market like cabinet locks or medicine bottles that have child deterrent tops. Just push down on the lid and the box is locked shut.
